UDP Configurations for large data rates

Hi,

I working with 7 models (pubsub diagram attached) and i trying to make reliable communication with use UDPv4.

Specifications;

• Packet Size: 20480 KB
• All models will run seperate computers (or docker containers)
• Network bandwith: 1000 Mbps
• OS: Ubuntu 20.04 LTS
• Reliability: Reliable (***)

Publish Rates:

• Model A: 900 Hz
• Model B: 100 Hz
• Model C: 400 Hz
• Model D: 900 Hz
• Model E: 100 Hz
• Model F: 100 Hz
• Model G: 900 Hz

What would you suggest me for UDP settings or any other configurations?
I've also considered using TCP but I'm worried about slow communication.
