AGREEMENT AND LIMITED WARRANTY

This Gnostice End-User Software License Agreement ("LICENSE AGREEMENT")
is a LEGAL AGREEMENT between YOU (either an individual or an
entity) and Gnostice Information Technologies Private Limited
("GNOSTICE") regarding the use of “Gnostice Free Document Viewer
Plugin for eclipse” software ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"), which includes
the mentioned software and any associated media, printed materials,
and "online" or electronic documentation.
By installing, copying, accessing, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE
PRODUCT, YOU agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of
this LICENSE AGREEMENT. If YOU do not agree to the terms and
conditions of this LICENSE AGREEMENT, YOU must cease using the
SOFTWARE PRODUCT immediately and destroy any copies of the SOFTWARE
PRODUCT in YOUR possession.
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is owned by GNOSTICE and is protected by
copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well
as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE
PRODUCT is licensed, NOT sold.
GRANT OF LICENSE
This LICENSE AGREEMENT grants YOU the following rights:
• YOU may install and use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for the sole purpose
of viewing documents inside eclipse software on YOUR computer.
• YOU may install and use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on any number
of YOUR computers, ROYALTY FREE, provided YOU agree with all
terms and conditions of the LICENSE AGREEMENT.
CONDITIONS OF USE
YOU should unconditionally agree that:
• YOU will NOT sell, rent, lease, lend or otherwise distribute
the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to another user or entity.
• YOU will NOT MODIFY, DECOMPILE, DISASSEMBLE, REVERSE ENGINEER
OR TRANSLATE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
• If YOU provide YOUR name or contact details to GNOSTICE for
some reason, GNOSTICE will not disclose it to any third party
without explicit written permission from YOU.
• GNOSTICE may identify YOU or YOUR company/organization as a
GNOSTICE customer or a user of a GNOSTICE product(s) in its marketing
material and/or Web site. If for any reason YOU do not wish to
be bound by this clause, GNOSTICE will cease such use upon receiving
YOUR request.
• GNOSTICE will take appropriate measures to make sure that no
ad-ware, malware or other undesirable programs are included in
the SOFTWARE PRODUCT so long as YOU download the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
from the GNOSTICE web site.
LIMITED WARRANTY
THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF
ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED
TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE
OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS WITH YOU. SHOULD THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT
PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING,
REPAIR OR CORRECTION. IN NO EVENT SHALL GNOSTICE OR ANY OTHER
PARTY WHO MAY HAVE DISTRIBUTED THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT AS PERMITTED
ABOVE, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY GENERAL, SPECIAL,
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR
INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED
TO LOSS OF DATA OR DATA BEING RENDERED INACCURATE OR LOSSES SUSTAINED
BY YOU OR THIRD PARTIES OR A FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT
TO OPERATE WITH ANY OTHER PROGRAMS).

I'm afraid the answer is no. At least not without getting approval from the Board of Directors. This is not in the list of pre-approved licenses https://www.eclipse.org/legal/licenses.php and is not even a OSI-approved license.

If this PR is still actual, you can try to run https://github.com/eclipse/dash-licenses on it locally to inspect licensing issues.
Otherwise please close it.
