Fixes that appear necessary for some compilers.

• <sched.h> for cpu_set_t
• <stdint.h> for uintptr_t
• intent mismatch for LDHOOK argument to DR_HOOK_UTIL_MULTI

Thanks @marsdeno the only issue I see is with sched.h
If you check below in the ec_env file there is already include of sched.h but depending on LINUX define.
Perhaps something is not configured correctly there?

This was with a few different versions of Intel (versions in the 23 and 24 range).

Removed the sched.h addition, will look at this more closely in a future PR
