I am going to need to tackle: #3249 in stages.
This PR simply changes the base image for the airgapped image to chainguard/wolfi-base.
All the CVE's relate to npm packages.
Will follow up attempting to fix the ones
npm audit fixcan which should drop us down to40medium impact CVE's.
