Currently test-data/biosamples-modified-isa.json is significantly different from our main test file test-data/biosamples-input-isa.json.

  • We should create a new ISA json file with BioSamples accession numbers based on the original test ISA JSON
  • Test the endpoint so it complyes to our latest mapping exercise
