EOS 7 is based on GNOME OS, which uses update-ca-trust, instead of update-ca-certificates. So, update eos-boot-helper, eos-keyring and eos-theme to use update-ca-trust.

This reverts commit e6d2064.

Has made eos-boot-helper, eos-keyring and eos-theme using
update-ca-trust, instead of update-ca-certificates. So, drop the
workaround "Add compat symlink for update-ca-certificates program.".

This is blocked on endlessm/eos-keyring#73, endlessm/eos-boot-helper#425 and endlessm/eos-theme#402. And, waiting for those repos' latest commits' hash.
