Clarify the behavior of sender address modification when transactions are sent from L1 to L2 by smart contracts, including details about the OptimismPortal and EIP-7702 delegation. Remove passive language to make it clearer where aliasing is applied

Ah sorry, we switched up our docs framework so this change to main won't be reflected. mintlify is the current default branch until I find some time to clean things up. If you can update your PR that would be great, otherwise, I'll get around opening a new PR to fix this later this week
