Remove need for tidy evaluation from trees-and-tibbleations

Hopefully all need for tidy-evaluation special functions has been removed. Please have a close look to see if everything is in order.

This PR touches files which potentially affect the outcome of the tests of an exercise. This will cause all students' solutions to affected exercises to be re-tested.
