Sync phone number tests

The missing tests here seem to be input validation ones. The implementation expects an empty string to be returned instead of an error thrown so nothing significant changed here I believe.

This PR touches files which potentially affect the outcome of the tests of an exercise. This will cause all students' solutions to affected exercises to be re-tested.
