- Introduced a new RulesPage component for discovering and managing rules. - Added RuleCard and RuleRepoManagerPanel components for rule installation and repository management. - Implemented hooks for fetching, installing, and uninstalling rules. - Added RuleSyncMethodSettings to configure rule synchronization methods. - Updated App component to support new rules views and navigation. - Enhanced settings page to include rule synchronization options. - Added translations for new rules-related features.
