Since the major breakthroughs in AI (or rather, LLM) technology in 2022, more and more enthusiasts have begun to claim that humans no longer need to write code by hand.
But I have a few thoughts:

AI still has many limitations. I fully believe that in the future we will overcome these limitations, but by then, new limitations may appear. Who knows?

People still need to understand code.
Programs must be written for people to read, and only incidentally for machines to execute.

For me personally, writing code is quite enjoyable.
