Use the installed pnpm instead of switching to pinned pnpm 12.3.4, whose native launcher has no riscv64 build. Pin Vite 7.3.6 to use native Rollup and esbuild. Vite 8's Rolldown fallback aborts with "Wasm SIMD unsupported @+56881" because Node requires RVV for WASM SIMD on this builder. Tailwind's threaded WASI oxide fallback then segfaults immediately after Vite starts. Build the exact 4.3.3 native N-API oxide crate from source and load it through NAPI_RS_NATIVE_LIBRARY_PATH instead.
