This PR still needs some polish, but I can no longer push to it. Would a PR from my own fork be welcome? I would volunteer as future maintainer of it too should any issues arise with it too. |

Adding a julia-cheatsheet.md which is very WIP for now.
I wanted to make a draft PR just to not lose my work and to dogfood
