`self` is treated as a normal variable everywhere, we don't need a special expr node for it. Requires some updates in monomorph as it previously assumes `self` was always bound.

To be able to do proper typed compilation in #274, add inferred types to AST nodes.
We'll then propagate these to mono and lowered ASTs, for the C backend to use.
