This PR adds Datadog support. Previous PRs (#158 and #298) were closed. I create a new PR because the issue with adding new images appears to be resolved, according to #158 (comment).
In
templates/conf/fluent.conf.erb, I've only added options that are marked as required by fluent-plugin-datadog.I also added my name to the maintainer section of the README, as per #179.
