[CQ] migrate off deprecated descriptor, EDT, clientProperty accesses

Migrate off deprecated APIs:

• getClientProperty
• ExecutionManager.getInstance(project).getContentManager() (for run content descriptors)
• EdtInvocationManager.getInstance() (for EDT querying)
