Summary of Changes
Rework the FMGC flight phase init to work off current aircraft state, not a .flt file that was loaded possibly some hours ago. This makes it possible to work on the FMGC from a runway/ground spawn without having to manually set the phase in the debugger. This regressed when the manager was ported to typescript I think.
