TLE data of satellites

This PR generalizes GNSS endpoints to satellite endpoints and adds TLE data for position prediction and calculation in the clients.

CAUTION:

• breaks the API and needs simultaneous release of the api-client and the A32NX (if GNSS was used in A/C)
