Returns 404 not found for all requests for MS METAR data.
The FSX weather data stopped updating a short while ago when NOAA updated their API. We no longer use this in the latest stable and dev versions of the A32NX, and it returns stale data anyway.
Note that this intentionally does not use the generateErrorResponse helper to avoid generating a bunch of useless log messages.. the endpoint is dead and will remain so.
