Description

What changed?

The problem is that the embed script uses the appearance:none style from bootstrap, which removes the dropdown arrow. My solution is rewrite it by adding appearance:auto in formio.embed.css.

Important. How to run this fix.
You need to rebuild pro.formview.io with upadated formio.js(with this fix). Then rebuild formmanager with updated pro.formview.io. And finally you need to rebuild formio-app with updated formmanager.
