Adds comprehensive unit tests for split_first_word, match_first_word, contains_tag, and merge_inheritdoc methods in the comment parser.
Covers edge cases including empty values, comments without spaces, multiple whitespace scenarios, and custom:param tag handling.
Previously these critical methods had no dedicated test coverage despite being used in production code paths.
