This removes the nine Solidity-only contract submodules from the Foundry fork while retaining
superchain-registry, which is consumed by the Kona and op-reth Rust build scripts. The Rust workspace continues to resolve successfully with only that submodule initialized.Prompted by: @DaniPopes
