Right now the system triggers concentration checks at the whole character level, not per effect. So if you have multiple concentration spells up and any of them has this flag, this pr will skip all concentration checks when you take damage.
I know this gets a bit fuzzy when a character has multiple concentration effects running at once, and the official rules don't really clarify how that should work. So I went with the simplest approach.
