Add bytemuck as an optional dependency, allow bytemucking the lottes tonemapper #1

This makes it really easy to use the tonemapper in a shader by serializing it into a push constant.

Nice thanks :) made it just repr(C) always which I think is better rather than requiring bytemuck feature o have it like that
