Requested Contribution Process for Maintainers

Django Address uses git flow master / develop structure for repositories.

Contributors must follow normal fork / branch / PR process.

For maintainers, development work of substance, (i.e. bigger than minor readme updates) should follow the same fork / branch / PR process required of contributors.
