At present, none of the filters are selected. This commit fixes it to use Alex when HPSDR/Atlas is used.
In case automatic is selected, grey out filter selections.

This commit would make it explicit to use Alex filters when radio type of Atlas (HPSDR/Penny/Merc/Metis/Ozy) is selected.
