Bug fixes when box offline

If HA restarts and iParcelBox is offline / asleep, card will now show as 'unavailable'.
In conjunction with iparcelboxHA v0.0.7, retains device_id across sessions.

Allow custom device names

Fixes a bug preventing card from loading if default device name has been changed by the user.

Additional logging for card rendering

Add additional console logging to identify issues with rendering card.
