Rejected: the net8.0 ItemGroup in Directory.Packages.props is pinned to 8.x on purpose so net8.0 consumers are not forced onto 10.x assemblies. This bump moves that group to 10.0.11 and defeats the multi-target. Added semver-major ignore rules for Microsoft.Extensions./Microsoft.AspNetCore. to dependabot.yml so it does not recur; patch updates within each major line still come through.
