Pinned wayfire support

This pins raspberry pi support for wayfire desktop compositor, for anyone that configures their raspberry pi to continue to use wayfire.

The latest raspberry pi image dated October 22nd 2024 has changed desktop compositor from wayfire to labwc - this has meant we now need to update the script to support labwc - but rather than support wayfire and labwc - this pins wayfire as a release - so that people who want to continue using wayfire can do if needed.

latest: Add a windows uninstall script

Which will allow the user to disable auto login feature
 - remove the keep_awake script
 - remove the geckoboard_kiosk script
