The less files have been inconsistently formatted since inception, this change uses `prettier` to keep the formatting consistent. This also allows dropping the old less-linter which did fewer checks.
- Adds `.prettierrc` for more consitency. - Ran `prettier` against the less files

This causes a lot of errors.
I think this might have more to do with updates in package.json/package-lock.json than changes to the config files. |
