Very basic test for Phantom html to PDF

Why?

Trying to get phantom-html-to-pdf to work on a Mac and Ubunut Server 16.04

So far, I cannot get it going?

Clone this project.

node index.js

Visit browser:

http://localhost:17455/html

This should give you some stuff.

Now test a PDF

http://localhost:17455/pdf

You should get a PDF?.. I don't
