Adding the MOE Stabl Baseline as a contribution to the baseline repo.
Ran Stabl feature selection on every trainset fold of the cross-validation for reliable cross-validated feature selection and on the entire GDPa1 dataset.
Ran predictions on cross-validation dataset and heldout.
Added a comprehensive README.md file to explain training, inference and Stabl feature selection.
