... which I can also reproduce locally.

The compile env from githedgehog/dpdk-sys@5811549 (previous commit) works as expected, the one from githedgehog/dpdk-sys@267f854 makes build and tests fail, even though it looked like a trivial update in dpdk-sys.

Not sure where to look at to troubleshoot this, @daniel-noland could you please take a look?
