Pull request to continue the analysis of the possible integration of the following independent functional units:

• Implementation of a functionality to integrate KeyCloak IDP provider #4107
• Integration of Clamav for verifying uploaded files #711
• Implementation of backup functionality based on rsync #4327
• Extention of the signup module to handle accreditation process #4328
• Integration of a functionality to enable forwarding of reports from the root tenant to secondary tenants #4330
• Enhancement of the application log functionality enabling to write the auditlog on a file #4331
