Replaces the two-panel mobile drawer with a single panel listing the docs tree above the navbar links, and gives the left docs sidebar a matching palette in light and dark mode.

Scoped to .theme-doc-sidebar-container so the mobile burger drawer is
untouched. Overrides Infima's own menu variables rather than adding a
parallel token set:

- active row: tinted fill + 3px inset accent bar, replacing the pale
filled pill that dominated the list
- leaf links: lifted out of the muted range so they no longer read as
  disabled
- category labels: muted, uppercase, 0.75rem, with chevrons tinted to
match, so sections no longer outshout their own children

The two rules are theme-agnostic and read from tokens; each mode only
redefines the palette. Chevron colour has to live in the icon's SVG
fill, which cannot reference a variable, so each mode carries a literal
rgb() that must stay in sync with its --gvpn-menu-category.

The drawer inherits the navbar's surface, which this site keeps dark in
both colour modes, so it takes the dark palette either way rather than
following the theme. Reuses the sidebar's token block and rules by
adding .navbar-sidebar to their selectors, so the two cannot drift.

Also sets the drawer surface to #1b1b1d, matching the sidebar's dark
background (Infima has no --ifm-navbar-sidebar-background-color, so the
override is scoped to the drawer and the top bar stays navy), and pins
the "back to main menu" bar to the hover token — Infima paints it with
the active-row token, which would otherwise tint it with the accent.

The panel used to be two sliding panels: navbar items, and a secondary
panel holding the docs tree behind a "Back to main menu" step. It is now
a single panel — tree first, a divider, then the navbar items as a
utility group.

Ejects two theme-classic 3.10.1 components. Both are unlisted in the
theme's swizzle config, so both are "unsafe" swizzles; diff them against
upstream when bumping Docusaurus.

- Navbar/MobileSidebar/Layout: renders one panel instead of two. Upstream's
`inert` handling goes with the second panel — it existed only to keep the
hidden panel out of the tab order, and there is no hidden panel now.
- Navbar/MobileSidebar/PrimaryMenu: renders the tree, a divider, then the
navbar items. The tree still arrives through upstream's secondary-menu
filler, which is the only route by which it reaches the navbar — the
navbar is mounted above the docs plugin's providers, so neither
useDocsSidebar() nor useDocsVersion() is reachable from here.

The frontpage panel holds only the utility group: the resolved sidebar
tree exists solely in the /docs/* route module, and global data ships just
the sidebar's entry link, so there is nothing to render on routes without
a sidebar.

Also drops the "Docs" label appended to the brand, per the same brief.
