Just a proposal for a new macOS 26 icon design.
A lot of AI was used here: Gigapixel for upscaling from source PNG and cut the phoenix out with Nano Banana Google AI (because I'm not an artist myself).
It looks like this in big with colorful background in icon composer preview:
I think it has a lot of inspiration from the old one:
