Updated the versions for CUDA and JAX to the newer versions that work with Ubuntu22.04

Updated the versions for CUDA and JAX to the newer versions that work with Ubuntu22.04. This was done after I debugged multiple errors and warnings I got on an Ubuntu22.04 system.
I also recommend making a swapfile that is large enough to allow for the prediction of larger proteins as killing of threads was another problem I encountered when working with proteins larger than 2000 aminoacids. A swapfile size of 16GB worked for me.
