• Removed support for v201402.
• Removed support for reportMoneyInMicros from AdWordsSession. This feature is not supported in
  v201406 and higher.
• Relaxed validation of ReportingConfiguration to allow usage with v201406.
• Fixed github issue #23: add
  a negative campaign criterion in the AddCampaignTargetingCriteria examples.
• Fixed github issue #29:
  EstimateKeywordTraffic.java example fails if StatsEstimate is missing values

• Removed support for DFA6 report service.
