Add new svg attribute to options styles json

The new attribute ('svg') accept a string whit a svg elements or a function that returns svg elements literally. The accessor function provide a object with level, index, count, text and total. This object is referred to internal 'sums' variable, passed to setSums in Cluster.clusterIcon_
