Pre-Signal:
    MUST CROSS VWAP and activate BUFFER
Signals:
    BUY => 
           Price > VWAP (within buffer)
           SMA Turned UP
    SELL =>
           Price < VWAP (within buffer)
           SMA Turned Down
           
Close Position:
     BUY => SMA turned down
     SELL => SMA turned up
