Hello. This seems reasonable to me, but I'm not 100% sure. I can see arguments for it being an error too. It would be nice to get some opinions from users, so if anyone has any thoughts on this please post them here. |

My proposal: if we allow strings to be counted as numbers, then let's allow empty strings to be counted as null.
It can be v6 to avoid breaking the current behavior of existing projects.
