vault - move eks, aks and gks tutorials to how-tos

[mister-ken]

This PR includes:

• Added GCP and Azure sections to the deploy section
• "how-to" for using Vault on EKS, AKS and GKE.
• Removed the "AWS AMI" page as there is longer an Vault AMI in the marketplace
• Created partials for repeated steps the how-tos
