This PR imports HEAL study types from a CSV file included in this codebase. Eventually we'll figure out how to pull this information either directly from the MySQL database or from some other source. Different study types are uploaded to different LakeFS repositories, but all of them will also be copied into
heal-mds-importalong with the logs.Other minor fixes include:
