This PR is meant as a nudge/starting point for adding rudimentary support for optimizing a program containing multiple prompts. Still more TODO!
[X] Support loading the "system" that actually runs
[X] Support passing the configurable prompts/parameters in as a dictionary
[ ] Create an optimizer that supports optimizing multi-prompt systems
An example run would be:
