* no need to sign if the we are behind anyway

* store checkpoints on writers

* return 0 for unindexed cores

* return null if no checkpoints available

* ignore empty checkpoints and standard fixes

* try flushing all cores

* always try flush indexes

* bump hypercore dep

* explicitly pass length when adding writer checkpoints

* always return the first checkpoint

* local writer only adds final checkpoint
