chore: slightly expand actions example

This PR improves the actions.rs example by

• making it work correctly on kde / gnome
• adding a second notification highlighting the need for Hint::Transient(true) NotificationClosed not received on timeout from gnome notification-daemon #6

Do you have an idea what causes the Clippy failure?
Cause it also happens for me locally on main + Linux, and it did not seem to be a problem before.
