complete refactor of backend api:

• support trading
• clean up route structure
• separate file system into domain specific routes
• improve endpoints with background tasks
• add db for account state storage

• Issue on updating prev config still exist ❌

  • I think this is the issue when the new config is created from existing config, it creates with a new ID then adds “config_name” using the prev config filename causing these controllers to not work
    
    • I manually remove the config_name from the created controller config and worked ok
      

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new config from existing config on all available Config Generator
2. Check the created config if it has the config_name using the prev config filename
3. Deploy and attach the instance from terminal and observe the error message

• Dev provided readme and review installation and use cases
• Setup user an developer deployment ok
• Run endpoint tests on fastify successfully
• Reported issues to dev and fixed
• Integrate this PR with hummingbot/dashboard#249
  • Run usual tests with dashboard ok
