Updates easiest anchor links to the new 5.0 REST API Reference.

To find remaining links to update:

find docs/ -type f -a -name '*.md' | sort | xargs grep 'rest_api_reference.html#' -n | grep -v 'rest_api_reference.html#tag' | grep -v '/en/4'

Remainings:

  • Undocumented ressources
    • Discounts, AI Actions controllers are not documented w/ API Platform / OpenAPI and doesn't appear in the output
    • The replacement of 4.6- custom verbs by new Content-Type headers and payloads isn't well documented yet
  • "New in the doc": I will treat this in another PR, it will probably be about changing all links from /en/latest/ to /en/4.6/

Checklist

  • Text renders correctly
  • Text has been checked with vale
  • Description metadata is up to date
  • Redirects cover removed/moved pages
  • Code samples are working
  • PHP code samples have been fixed with PHP CS fixer
  • Added link to this PR in relevant JIRA ticket or code PR
