Give a stream's pool its own allocator, so that when a stream ends, all memory is returned to the system. Without this, it will be held at the session (and ultimately then connection), reused by future streams, but only returned on connection end. Also, use a scratch buffer to process incoming headers. This saves some bytes in duplicate string allocations.
