This PR deprecates the standalone vidore-benchmark package in favor of using the unified mteb tool for image-text retrieval evaluation, and adds updated CLI and Python usage instructions.
- Introduces a deprecation warning and recommends
mteb - Provides a new CLI example and a Python script for evaluation
- Retains the old usage section marked as deprecated

MTEB now supports image-text retrieval. The Vidore V1 and V2 are also supported as well as Colpali and ColQwen models. To facilitate maintenance, we will deprecate
vidore-benchmarkand we will recommend usingmtebin the future.
